Session Overview:

• A session at Reiki Milwaukee lasts about 60 minutes, it begins with a discussion of what the client is seeking from Reiki.  A typical question the Reiki practitioner will ask is "What are you feeling and where are you feeling it?"
• The session is similar to massage, the client lies on a massage-type table or sits in a chair (fully clothed)
• The Reiki practitioner uses light touch or non touch, working with the energy in around the body
• Some people feel the sensation of heat coming from the Reiki practitioner's hands during the session
• The session ends with a discussion of the experience
• Reiki works on all levels:  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
